Need help with E-Hero Deck

First off, Try to drop it to 40 cards. Secondly, Drop the Lightning Vortexes for A dark hole and a heavy storm.

Get rid of the Sakuretsu Armors and Magic Cylinders. Put in 2 torrentials.

Since you got a lot of lvl3 normals, I think Enchanting fitting room could help give you swarming capabilities.
Maybe drop some Oversouls.

Or he could add in Rescue Rabbits and some of the (Ew)Fusion Heroes.

First of all, you need to realize what the heck you're doing. You ask for an E-hero deck but Heros are so frickin versatile that they can do everything under the sun. From the looks of it, you're going for classical heros, which makes you cool. In that case, Elemental Hero Woodsman's going to be helpful, so try adding more of him. Secondly, you're going to want him to last long enough for the Polymerization grab so Hero Signal would help. I would avoid Fusion Zone unless you're going for alot of Elemental Hero Shinings, which isn't as fun or cool. The Magic Cylinders, Draining Shields, and Sakuretsu Armors are nice for a moment, but you need traps that remove the problems completely instead of delaying for a turn. Things like D-prison, mentioned by kingyamini, and Compulsory Evacuation Device are good. O-Oversoul is only good if you're going with Neos as well as he's just about the only good target for that. You can tone down the multiples of the Elemental Heros so you can go for more variety. Add Elemental Hero Sparkman, because it looks to me that you'll need him for some fusions. Also, Elemental Hero Prisma should be helpful if this is the route you're going for. Finally, add more Fusions. I'm sure you were going to add more but I'm just saying to say it. Finally, you're missing some really good stuff like Miracle Fusion, Parallel World Fusion, and Skyscraper 2 - Hero City.
