Need Help With Dragons

Hey Guys.
I'm in the mood for a Horus Control Deck, but I am aweful when it comes to dragons support.
Can you guys please suggest me some cards that will go well into this deck?
So far I have this(Only 28 cards, and I am in dire need of assistance)

Monsters:
3 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4
2 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6
2 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8
1 Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
3 Red Eyes Wyvern

Spells:
2 Level Up!
1 Level Modulation
1 Heavy Storm
1 Dark Hole
3 Dragon Ravine
1 Dragon's Mirror
2 Forbidden Lance
1 Monster Reborn

Traps:
3 Royal Decree
2 Trap Stun

Okay, I tried revising the deck.
This is the main deck i came up with (Extra deck is incomplete ATM)

I would Drop Horus8 to one and Horus6 to three, because 8 can't be reborned by your red-eyes. Get rid of Level modulation. Giving your opponent a free +2 is NEVER a good option, period. You don't need three Level up!s, that will only lead to dead draws. Run it at 2 max, 1 recommended. I don't know if your Scapegoat DHplasma combo is viable, but if you think it will work, I won't speak against it. I don't think Level Down is worth running, but if you think you can pull off some monster saving shenanigans with it, go for it. Flute of Summoning Dragon is useless without Lord of D. Get rid of it.(And don't put him in to Justify it) You need another Terraforming, to maximize the searchability on your field spells. Since you are running many Fire-type dragons in your deck, I would suggest 2-3 copies of Blaster, Elemental Dragon of Calderas, and maybe one Burner to search him out. Easy tribute material for Horus6 if you can't get him out with his condition.

These are my views, and you may take advantage of them as you see fit, but it is ultimately your deck. Run it how you want to.

Looking at the deck, I'm not too sure if you're going to get much benefit having the Dragons in the grave. If you're thinking of sending Dragons to the grave and proceeding to use Level Modulation, you're wrong. Level Modulation has a ruling that can only be used if the Monster was already summoned normally, so the text "ignoring summoning conditions" is pretty much useless. So, what Roxas said is right. Drop the level stuff as they will end up slowing you down. Same with Dragon Ravine.

Roxas has a good idea to add in Blaster, Elemental Dragon of Calderas. In truth, I main a Horus Deck and Blaster does take care of alot of my problems and combos well if Burner gets him out and is then banished for REDMD, so you get to search for a Horus 6 and then can SS by REDMD's effect. Using Tefnuit, the Hieratic, helps in getting Atum out, REDMD to the field and getting Horus to lv8 in one turn quickly. I pulled something like this on Jeffrey and worked really well.

I'll send a list on what to add and take out when I can.

I feel I should meantion.
What's in my side deck has NOTHING to do with the actual deck. It's just ideas I had for the deck, that I either haven't tried yet or tried and put aside.

okay I have made several changes. BIG Changes.
Put in the Dragon support cards.
Dropped Plasma and scapegoat in favour of Effect Veillers.
Dropped Level down, Royal Decrees and swords of revealing light in favour of a stronger anti-trap/monster trap lineup.

Not sure, but adding Tefnuit alone isn't very helpful. Add a Level 6 Dragon like Wattaildragon or Tyhone #2. By doing so, you can Xyz the normal Dragon with Horus 6 to get Atum, search for REDMD, yada yada, get back Horus and end your turn with a Horus Lv8. Also, add Gaia the Thunder Charger if you ever add Atums. I'd also suggest changing Forbidden Chalice for Forbidden Lance if you're going to use Horus Lv4. Horus needs to win battles in general and the ATK drop for Lance is greater than that of Chalice, plus Chalice negates so Horus won't level up with it. If you're aiming to negate effects, try Breakthrough Skill. It's much better and works twice if you count the time with banishing.

plus Chalice negates so Horus won't level up with it.

I don't think it prevents him from leveling up, since sending him to the graveyard is a cost to activate his effect, and once he is in the graveyard, chalice no longer negates his effects, allowing him to level up.
