Introducing Koalaman #isnotcomingoutofretirement

Hello all, I'm Koalaman, and I am a duelist, just like all of you. I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh competitively, and was among the best in my region and the top 50 in my country (49th to be exact). My 2 competitive decks back then were Geartown and Blackwings.

I quit the competitive scene, and the game at large, around 3-4 years ago, as I did not like the direction the meta-game was going. I felt the game was no longer fun, with people playing simply to win it, and not to enjoy it.
In my opinion, a duel in which the opponent barely gets to play is not a duel at all, and not a worthwhile experience.

Why, you ask?
When I finished watching Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, I decided to build a Neos deck that could at least stand up to some tier 2 decks. And, it worked. Not only that, but it was the most fun I have had with a deck since, well, ever!

Nowadays, I play only for fun, never competitively. I build decks for fun, and some of them turn out pretty darn good. My favourite decks are as they have always been, Machine-Type ones. My main deck now is a Cyber Style deck I made once I found out Cyber Dragon has been bumped back up to 3 copies, and the deck runs smoothly.
