Please read this.

We need to start working again. I propose that all this weekend, we try to recruit as much as possible, because this academy is dying. I've been busy, and I apologize about that, but we really need to get things going saturday and sunday.

Who do you suggest read this? I'm working all weekend, Jeff admittedly sucks at recruiting, Xia is rarely on due to his real world, Sera is sporadic, Sora is off on some job, has been gone for like a week now and can't even tell me where he is or what he's doing, even Koala hasn't logged in for a few days, and Xavouine, says he has finals or something so he is a little inactive himself.

tl;dr: Who's going to help, when everyone is busy?

I have finals as well, but I am trying to be active.
The problem is noone is posting anything. I make posts and noone replies, so the topics just die out.
The best way to get the forum alive again is to reply to any post that you have something to say about.
I'll try to recruit some people when I can.

A valid point...I don't think I can do this by myself.But I guess I'll just have to try.

@ Koalaman: The best way to get said replies is to get new members, but it has to be everyone who is consistently recruiting, I can't recruit from my phone because no Dueling Network or Devpro otherwise I would help

@jbels: I built the academy with just your help at one point, most of the members recruited to the site were by me, you are a dragon slayer, this is why you're here.

@cynthia: I'll be home sooner than you think

@jeff: make a dummy account and type in a random unrated duel "looking to help duelists grow pm me"

@koala: school is important so don't worry about it

@the rest of my staff, I expect you guys to run this site smoothly, and up until now you have but for some reason you have all let up on me, please get serious again

sry for being in a different time zone than rest of you, when you guys are available im usually in class

and im kinda depending on the finals to get me out of the deep shit im in right now

i'll try to come on as much as i can or whenever im studying, but im kinda bad a recruiting so dont expect much from me = =

Well then the choice is obvious, we need new staff, not saying to eliminate current staff, rather we need temp staff who will recruit for us.
